This policy explains what ILX Studio, LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit ilxconnection.com or use ILX Connection (the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. What we collect #

Account information: username, display name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
Your projects: the connections, inputs, settings, title-block information and logos you save, with their version history.
Session cookie: one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the Service and is not used for tracking.
Purchases: subscriptions are bought on a Stripe checkout page. Stripe processes the payment as merchant of record and keeps your payment details under its own privacy policy; your card details never reach us. To keep your license current we receive from Stripe the email address used, the plan, and the subscription's status and dates.
Desktop interest form: if you tell us you are interested in the desktop application, the name, firm, email and comments you enter, and the time you sent them.
Server logs: technical records of requests (time, address, page, result) kept for security and troubleshooting. To limit abuse of the public form, we keep a one-way hash of your network address for 24 hours.
Theme preference: if you pick light or dark on this site, your browser remembers it locally. It is not sent to us.

2. What we do not do #

No advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels.
No external fonts, scripts or video players that report your visit to someone else.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. How we use information #

To provide and secure the Service, to keep your projects and backups, to answer your questions, to tell you about the desktop application if you asked us to, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Where it is stored #

The Service runs on servers operated by ILX Studio, LLC in the United States. The database is backed up daily; backups are kept for 14 days.

5. How long we keep it #

Account information and projects are kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except where the law requires us to keep them longer. Desktop interest entries are kept until the desktop application launches or you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices and rights #

You can view and change your account details in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to support@ilxstudio.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests.

7. Children #

The Service is for professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

8. Changes #

We will post changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the app.
